51±¬ÁÏ Music Department Hosts Spring Showcase

Sunday, April 27, the 51±¬ÁÏ Music Department presented the Spring Showcase. This annual event featured performances from all 51±¬ÁÏ music ensembles. Instrumental, vocal, music production and guitar class students will collaborate to perform a variety of pop music, along with original student compositions. Complementing the students’ performances, professional musicians from The BakBeatz, a highly regarded five-piece band from the Four-State Area, joined them on stage to close the show. Students have been preparing for the performance using a variety of methods, including written music, chord charts, lead sheets and audio recordings. If you missed out, be sure to catch it next year!
